How much of that is hosting
Hosting on its own runs from £2.99 a month at the cheapest published shared plan to £55 for a managed plan, median £9.99 across the 9 hosting prices we read. So a maintenance plan near the bottom of the range is mostly hosting; the time a person spends on your site starts above it.

VAT at the standard rate of 20% is added to plans quoted plus VAT, which turns a £45 plan into £54 for a business that cannot reclaim it.
